Here are the radishes I mentioned in the article “Eat Green”. Jean-François, aka Jeff, former student in biology, poses for me after he dug out the vegetables from the soil. As you should imagine, I ate one and was glad to notice they were not to “spicy”, like radishes usually are, mainly… so I took another one!

I deeply encourage people to eat radishes, they are colorful and make your plate look more beautiful, therefore more tasty and as a consequence, you and your guests will be delighted !
